A virtual meeting will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 4:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. to discuss the one-year extension agreements to be ratified by the Union membership. We will also discuss the negotiations commencing in October. The meeting will be hosted by our attorneys from Allotta Farley. A meeting link will be forwarded to you on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
The one-year extension agreements with the 2% pay increases are posted on the UT-AAUP website (www.utaaup.com) Members are encouraged to read these CBAs.
On-line voting on the extension agreements will start after the membership meeting ends at 5:00p.m. The on-line voting will continue until 11:00p.m. Sunday, August 28, 2022. Only UT-AAUP dues paying Union members are eligible to vote.
Lecturers who are dues paying UT-AAUP Union members will have the right to vote “yes” or “no” only on the one-year extension of the Lecturer CBA and the 2% pay increase.
Tenured/Tenure-track faculty who are dues paying UT-AAUP Union members will have the right to vote “yes” or “no” only on the one-year extension of the Tenured/Tenure-track CBA and the 2% pay increase.
